Your mission

Are you someone who loves to get involved, roll up your sleeves, and take charge of all things logistics? At 3devo, we’re looking for a practical and proactive Transport/Warehouse Coordinator to join our Operations team, directly supporting our C.O.O.
In this dynamic role, you’ll be the driving force behind all transport and warehouse activities, from unpacking deliveries to shipping out our products. You'll be the go-to person ensuring everything runs like clockwork, working closely with other departments to keep things moving and meet deadlines.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating outbound shipments, including preparing transport documents and handling shipping formalities
• Managing the warehouse with hands-on tasks like receiving, unpacking, picking orders, packing orders, and optimizing storage space
• Packing and preparing packages for shipment, ensuring they are secure and meet shipping standards
• Working directly with production and purchasing to keep the flow of goods running efficiently
• Keeping a close eye on delivery schedules and making sure orders reach customers and internal departments on time
• Coming up with practical improvements to streamline transport and warehouse processes, cut costs, and boost efficiency
• Overseeing indirect purchases, from fasteners to tools, ensuring the team has everything they need

Your profile

• At least 2 years of experience in transport coordination and/or warehouse management
• Experience in a technical or industrial environment is a plus
• Ability to plan and coordinate logistics processes
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably Odoo) and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch
• Problem-solving ability and a hands-on mentality
