At 3devo, we develop advanced hardware and services that help businesses innovate more sustainably within the Additive Manufacturing and Polymers industries. We’re currently seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to take ownership of the full commercial cycle — from generating and qualifying leads to closing deals and managing long-term customer accounts.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in expanding our market reach. You’ll proactively identify high-potential opportunities, guide prospects through technical and strategic decision-making processes, and build lasting relationships that drive recurring value. You’ll also collaborate with Marketing to translate customer feedback into compelling sales narratives, content, and campaigns.

This is a hands-on, results-driven role for an experienced professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment. You’ll be a key commercial player in our growing team — expected to take initiative, bring structure to the commercial pipeline, and contribute directly to business development strategy.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and reach out to new business leads and potential partners via email, LinkedIn, phone, and industry channels
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closed deal, including consultative selling and solution alignment
  • Maintain and grow a portfolio of customer accounts through structured check-ins, relationship management, and upselling opportunities
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations, collaborating with technical colleagues when needed
  • Analyze lead behavior, needs, and industry trends to refine outreach and identify high-value prospects
  • Gather market feedback and customer insights to help shape product development and service improvements
  • Work with Marketing to create impactful use cases, testimonials, and sales tools based on real customer success stories
  • Represent 3devo at trade shows, webinars, and partner events
  • Accurately manage CRM data and forecasting across all deal stages

Your profile
  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B business development, technical sales, or account management role

  • Proven track record of managing full sales cycles

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; you know how to connect with decision-makers and technical teams alike

  • Commercially driven, with a consultative and value-focused selling style

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset — you’re equally comfortable with planning and execution

  • Passion for technology, sustainability, and helping customers succeed through innovation

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities

  • Experienced in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and comfortable with sales tools and analytics

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus as we operate globally

  • Bonus: Experience in polymers, additive manufacturing, or other technical hardware/software environments
