Your mission

3devo B.V. is looking for a skilled Assembly Technician to join our Productions team. We are a leading innovator in the field of plastic recycling and processing technologies for additive manufacturing. Our product range includes filament extruders and shredders, all designed, developed, and manufactured in-house. Recently, we launched the latest iteration of our Filament Maker Two and are actively developing a range of add-ons to further enhance our machines.

As an Assembly Technician you’ll play a key role in keeping our products up to date with the latest technologies. You'll tackle a variety of technical challenges, and no two days will be the same. In our small but multidisciplinary team, you’ll work both independently and collaboratively. You will play a crucial role in assembling and testing products. You will be responsible for ensuring the final products meet our high standards of quality, safety, and functionality. We're searching for someone who is interested in the 3D printing industry and is genuinely passionate about its future.

Your profile

Your Responsibilities

Assemble components and sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
Test and inspect assemblies for accuracy, quality, and performance.
Operate and maintain assembly equipment and tools.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues during the assembly process.
Work closely with engineering and production teams to address any challenges and improve the assembly process.

What we’re looking for

1 year of experience in assembly or a related technical field.
Affinity with the 3D printing industry
A hands-on, structured, and practical approach to work
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)

3devo B.V. is op zoek naar een vaardige Montage Technicus om ons Productieteam te versterken. Wij zijn een toonaangevende innovator op het gebied van plastic recycling en verwerkings-technologieën voor additive manufacturing. Ons productassortiment omvat filament extruders en shredders, die allemaal in eigen huis zijn ontworpen, ontwikkeld en vervaardigd. Onlangs hebben we de nieuwste versie van onze Filament Maker Two gelanceerd en zijn we actief bezig met de ontwikkeling van een reeks uitbreidingen om onze machines verder te verbeteren.

Bij 3devo heeft jouw werk echt impact. Onze machines worden gebruikt door klanten over de hele wereld. Als Montage Technicus speel je een sleutelrol in het up-to-date houden van onze producten met de nieuwste technologieën. Je zult verschillende technische uitdagingen aangaan en geen enkele dag zal hetzelfde zijn. In ons kleine, maar multidisciplinaire team werk je zowel zelfstandig als samen met anderen. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het assembleren en testen van producten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen dat de uiteindelijke producten voldoen aan onze hoge normen op het gebied van kwaliteit, veiligheid en functionaliteit. We zoeken iemand die geïnteresseerd is in de 3D-printindustrie en echt gepassioneerd is over de toekomst ervan.

Jouw profiel

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Componenten en subassemblages assembleren volgens technische tekeningen en werkinstructies.
Testen en inspecteren van assemblages op nauwkeurigheid, kwaliteit en prestaties.
Bedienen en onderhouden van montageapparatuur en gereedschappen.
Volgen van veiligheidsprotocollen en zorgdragen voor een schone en georganiseerde werkruimte.
Kleine problemen tijdens het montageproces oplossen en oplossen.
Nauw samenwerken met engineering- en productieteams om eventuele uitdagingen aan te pakken en het assemblageproces te verbeteren.

Waar we naar op zoek zijn

1 jaar ervaring in de montage of een aanverwant technisch vakgebied.
Affiniteit met de 3D-printindustrie
Een hands-on, gestructureerde en praktische werkhouding
Uitstekende aandacht voor detail en probleemoplossend vermogen.
Vloeiend Engels (Nederlands is een pluspunt)
