Your mission

3devo B.V. is looking for a skilled Production Manager to join our Productions team. We are a leading innovator in the field of plastic recycling and processing technologies for additive manufacturing. Our product range includes filament extruders and shredders, all designed, developed, and manufactured in-house. Recently, we launched the latest iteration of our Filament Maker Two and are actively developing a range of add-ons to further enhance our machines.

At 3devo, your work truly makes an impact. Our machines are used by clients all over the world. As Production Manager you’ll play a key role in keeping our products up to date with the latest technologies. You'll tackle a variety of technical challenges, and no two days will be the same. In our small but multidisciplinary team, you’ll work both independently and collaboratively. You will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating the production team, keeping up with planning and in assembling and testing products. You will be responsible for ensuring the production team has everything they need in order to work well together, and you will ensure the final products meet our high standards of quality, safety, and functionality. We're searching for someone who is interested in the 3D printing industry and is genuinely passionate about its future.

Your profile

Your Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the production team
Maintaining production planning
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Assemble components and sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
Hands-on support in production process
Test and inspect assemblies for accuracy, quality, and performance.
Operate and maintain assembly equipment and tools.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Prepare weekly reports for MT and sales team
Work closely with engineering and purchasing teams to address any challenges and improve the assembly process.

What we’re looking for

2 year of experience in coordination of a production team
Experience in the assembly or a related technical field.
Affinity with the 3D printing industry
A hands-on, structured, and practical approach to work
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)
