At 3devo, we develop advanced hardware and services that help businesses innovate more sustainably within the Additive Manufacturing and Polymers industries. We’re currently looking for a Customer Service team lead, to support and assure the quality of our future product line-up.
This is not your typical ticketing and service call role, which is only about 25% of your day! You will be responsible to work in a small team of currently two people. You will define the service strategy for 2026 and beyond, work with our dedicated support platform (built in HubSpot) and bring your vision to life.
How can you support our machines (which are 7.000-15.000 euro each!), when they are installed in Japan, Brazil or simply The Hague!?
Your role is a hybrid role, as a team lead you do not directly manage, but as a team lead work shoulder to shoulder on tickets, trainings, product repairs, trainings, and so on. You report directly to the management team and support the company decision making process directly!
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
At the Utrecht headquarters, you are in charge of answering technical tickets, directly with the R&D team.
You work closely together with our head of material science, to understand the polymer and bring feedback to our software and hardware development teams when issues arise (using Jira).
Provide pro-active input about new product developments before they reach the market; serviceability.
Improve RMA, product return and spare part shipment processes, working directly in Odoo.
Bring structure and documentation to open issues, build user manuals and other supporting assets: Videos and photography, even AI assisted content.
Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions to upskill the team and improve technical support
